Dear Joe,
One turns sixty only once, and we could not have had a better band to celebrate the occasion. The music the band produces and the energy and personality of it’s members provided a level of entertainment that none of the guests will soon forget.
As you recall, the occasion was a surprise affair for over a hundred people. My wife is full of praise when she recounts how helpful you were in staging the party. Thanks for providing so many practical suggestions and proposing a song list which complimented the affair. This was no easy matter, since the guest list ranged from college age to retirement plus 20 years. I particularly enjoyed the singers using wireless microphones which allowed them to perform among the dinner tables and on the dance floor.
Let me time my hat to you and your band again, Joe. All of the efforts both during the party and behind the scenes made the party a complete success. I hardly can wait until my surprise 70th!

Joe,
We heard a ton of comments about the band -- people loved
it!! We really appreciated the fact that we were able to
talk during dinner and weren't drowned out by music. As you
know, the people there loved to dance -- and filled up the dance floor
from the start to the finish. We will surely

“Joe
Lenigan’s Band is the best around.” That is what I keep hearing
from everyone who has ever attended one of their performances or danced
to their music.
As an event coordinator, I recommend and hire the best and in my book
that is Joe Lenigan. The music ranges from the oldies, Frank
Sinatra, show tunes to the swing, country, hip hop and all the newest
and the latest. Best of all, you can count on Joe to give you
your monies worth every time plus he is creative and will help you with
valuable suggestions. I have worked with Joe Lenigan since the
early 90’s and he is dependable and he is “The Best”.

Well done – as I knew it would be! As the event planner / coordinator
for the CSUF’s Viticulture & Enology Department’s annual
fundraiser, A Celebration of Wine, I’m responsible for presenting a
first-class event to a state-wide audience and you never let me down.
This audience represents a wide cross-section of attendees from young
to older. With your wide range of music spanning the different music
types and eras, your band plays an important role in our success. Along
with nearly 100 wineries from across the state and food from nearly 50
respected restaurants, you’re the icing on the cake – offering a
wonderful, get up and dance musical experience during our Coffee &
Desserts time. Each year this part of our event grows which I’m sure is
reflective of your broad range of music, the fun and interaction
between your band and our audience, and word getting around that you’ll
be there once again. Here’s to the last 10 years – looking forward to
the next! Be sure to put us down for June 7, 2009 – same time &
same place!

Joe,
People have not stopped talking about our Gala event at the Radisson
Hotel on
February 4, 2006. Thank you for making it a success. I
heard comments such as, "This has been the most fun Gala by far", "This
was a great way to end the conference. Everyone worked hard and
it was great to cut loose and have fun", and "You have raised the bar
with the Gala entertainment".
The most enjoyable sight was seeing our state board members out on the
dance floor - for every dance. They were very impressed with
Central Valley for putting together such a great conference. The
Gala Banquet was the last event of the conference, so that is how they
will best remember us.
Thank you again and I am looking forward to more occasions of being on
the dance floor with your band.

Joe Lenigan's Little Big Band was the highlight of my daughter's recent
wedding reception. From the wonderful full sound of classic big
band music to the rhythmic upbeat rock music of the 60s, 70s, 80s,
etc. it was first class all the way. This band made the
reception! As hosts of this event, we were complimented all
evening on the fabulous band that was playing! They made us want to get
up and dance! Singers Bob and Debbie couldn't have been
better. Their voices blend so well together and their
personalities come shining through their music. The smooth
sound of the 3 piece combo during the hor d'oeuvres hour was just the
right ambiance for everyone settling in at the reception and awaiting
the arrival of the wedding party. I knew if Joe Lenigan's Band was
playing at our event that it would most certainly be a night to
remember and my hopes became reality.
